Description

Make memories and unique mementos this holiday season at this special Working with Wool workshop at a real working ranch!
Meet the sheep in Burleson, just South of Fort Worth. They are the ones who have provided the incredible LONG Locks and wool used in these classes and in creating one-of-a-kind items.

You’ll learn crafting secrets to start or grow a side business creating items for sale or for family collectibles. You’ll work with various types of wool from sheep to yaks to camel and more, and learn how each is different.
Learn and work with the different needle types, various felting pads, and more. Go home with knowledge of where to buy the correct tools and how not to waste your money. Also take home with at least one item you created and possibly more if you are quick enough.

And…. seriously everyone just has a GREAT day forming ongoing relationships.
Classes are VERY SMALL for hands on help and FILL VERY QUICKLY. So please don’t wait and end up disappointed. On a side note, anyone who attends one of our classes will be invited back when LAMBS COME in the Spring!
$85 includes all materials and a full day of fun with other crafters.

A crocheted bunny holds a crochet needle next to a skein of blue yarn. The words "haaave you met our vendors" is top right.

A large map of the Dallas Fort Worth area with the text "looking for local events this weekend?"

A notebook is open to a single page with blue ink that reads "FOMO Fear Of Missing Out." Next to it sits a pen, some dried flowers, and a cactus. There is text around the image that reads "our directory is missing you"
