Fused Glass Garden Stake Workshop

Description

Add some color and personality to your garden or plant pot with a beautiful and functional garden stake project that you create yourself! In this class, you’ll learn how to score, break, and nip glass to create your own bespoke garden stake panel. You will have a choice between a 5×6″ panel that will be attached to a frame after firing or making five 2×3″ garden stakes that will be attached to metal spikes to go into your garden or plant pot. The class is open to ages 10 (with an accompanying adult) and up. Projects will be fired in an off-site kiln and returned to you within 2 weeks. Project pickups will be at Hurst Marketplace and Creative Center.

The class will be held on March 24, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM at HurstMacc, located at 521 W Bedford Euless Rd, Hurst, TX. All materials and supplies are included in the workshop cost.
