Fall is in the air and so is fantastic shopping! Join us for our Fall Vendor Fair and shop local while supporting both resident vendors and beloved small businesses.
Stroll, shop, and enjoy a fun-filled afternoon in our vibrant 55+ community, nestled within the award-winning Union Park neighborhood. From artisan crafts and specialty products to holiday-inspired gifts and seasonal favorites, there’s something for everyone at this annual vendor fair. Whether you’re decorating for fall, checking items off your holiday shopping list, or simply treating yourself, you won’t want to miss this festive shopping event!
We anticipate 150+ attendees. Attendees will receive a shopping bag & map upon entering the building. The map will show all the vendors & their locations. Maps will also be on TV displays. Directional floor arrows will also be provided.
Vendors must bring their own table & any additional items needed for their display. If your setup requires additional space, please let me know in advance.
Premium Lobby Location - Our most sought-after space! The lobby receives the highest volume of foot traffic and offers maximum visibility. Attendees enter directly into the lobby when they arrive, making these spaces the first vendors guests will see.
Indoor Location - These spaces are located in either our Activity Room or Fitness Studio, which are adjacent to the lobby. While they are not immediately visible from the front entrance, they still receive excellent foot traffic thanks to vendor maps, TV displays, and directional signage throughout the event.
Outdoor Covered Patio Location - Located directly outside the lobby, the covered patio offers great visibility and steady foot traffic in an outdoor setting. The patio is fully shaded and covered, so a tent is not necessary.
