Meet the Goldmark artists\, tour their art studios and workspaces\, and enrich yourself by experiencing their original artwork! \nWith over 170 different Goldmark artists working across the entire spectrum of the visual arts\, there is sure to be something for everyone\, whether you are interested in purchasing unique works of original art from local artists\, keeping up with the latest in the North Texas art scene\, or simply enjoying a weekend surrounded by great artwork\, exhibitions\, and artists. \nSome of the Goldmark artists will also be conducting art demos and activities throughout the day\, so on arrival\, be sure to check the activity schedule on arrival for more detailed information. Open studios\, art activities\, and art exhibitions will be spread across all floors of the Cultural Center’s two buildings\, so there will be plenty to see and do for visitors of all ages! \nPick up a stamp passport sheet on arrival and have it stamped by enough artists on both floors of both buildings to enter yourself into a raffle drawing for one of several art supply gift baskets! \nFree admission and parking. DESCRIPTION:The 22nd annual Princeton Onion Festival is a celebration of community history\, benefitting the Princeton Lions Club. There is a craft show with over 100 vendors\, a 5k and Fun Run\, live auction with raffle\, Cornhole tournament\, and a 3-on-3 basketball tournament. \nEvery year\, the Princeton Lions Club pays homage to our community’s history by hosting the Onion Festival and raising funds for Lions Club International Charities as well as children in need right here in Princeton. \nThe hard work of the Princeton Lions Club benefits Lions Club International by providing eye exams and supplying eye glasses to kinds in need. They provide scholarships to deserving graduating seniors from Princeton High School. And every year\, the Lions Club sponsors the effort to provide Christmas for the less fortunate families through the Princeton Gives program. \nCollin County’s lucrative onion history started right here in Princeton. By the 1940s\, Princeton was shipping 175 train-car loads of onions each year\, helping put our community on the map for surrounding areas\, as old-timers say the sweet Bermuda onion made Princeton the Onion Capital of Texas.

DESCRIPTION:Ahh… Springtime\, many are already looking forward to warmth and grass & flowers coming up! With Spring comes our 5th Annual Spring Craft & Vendor Fair! \nEntrance Fee $5 -will receive 2 raffle tickets and there is free parking. Kids 12 & under are free. Additional raffle tickets are only $1! There will be 68+ booths with amazing vendors\, artisans & crafters. You’ll find beautiful\, handcrafted jewelry\, wood crafts\, home décor\, artwork\, small boutiques\, beauty products\, candles\, collectibles\, mosaic & resin art\, quilts (for humans & our 4-footed family)\, sewing crafts\, crochet\, tumblers\, wreaths\, gourmet food and delicious homemade yummies\, and so much more! All the vendors donate to the raffle table\, along with a few outside vendors\, so make sure you enter to win the raffle of your choice. \nThe Spring Fair is sponsored by the Society of St. Vincent de Paul. Proceeds from raffles\, entrance and booth fees\, go to assist those who have fallen into times of hardship or personal crisis here in the Arlington & Kennedale area. We embrace all works of charity and make no distinction in those served\, because in them we see the face of Christ. \nCome shop\, enter fabulous raffle(s) of your choice and help us bring hope back and make a true difference in someone’s life.
